- Workaround for Nexus S issues.

- Sensor filters applied to the pressure value (less jumpy readings) + shows the direction of change.
- New sensors (only Galaxy S4 supports them ATM.): ambient temperature, relative/absolute humidity, dewpoint, humidex (subjective temperature)
